The Process

• Discovery - ​A collaborative conversation where we get to know your product, manufacturing process, and understand any requirements, challenges, intricacies, and goals.
• Concepting - A proposed solution concept is generated based on the information gathered in the discovery phase. It is a coarse design, typically showing general layout and key components and processes. A concept review concludes this phase, where we ensure we are fully capturing all critical aspects of the solution.
• Quoting - Can immediately follow concepting and is based on the agreed upon design.  We build pricing and an estimated delivery schedule.
• Customer Decision - Considering the capital cost of equipment, benefits to production throughput, and calculating the ROI are just a few factors that could contribute to a purchasing decision. We're happy to help with information and other aspects that support you during this critical decision.
• Project Kickoff - Once the project is awarded, a Project Kickoff is scheduled to align resources and scope of supply. A formal project schedule is generated during this phase and cadence of project updates begin through an email summary or virtual meeting.
• Engineering - Both mechanical and controls engineering commence, which may include some rapid prototyping (CNC and 3D Printing) or testing to mitigate any high risk operations or tooling designs.  Acceptance of the design during the customer design review concludes this phase, and movest the project swiftly to procurement and the equipment build.  
• Manufacturing & Assembly - The assembly team gets to work fabricating, assembling, wiring, and programming your custom equipment, with quality checks along the way to ensure the overall success of the build.
• Test and Accept - Validation of the equipment is critical to ensuring 
• Deliver and Install - Careful handling, transportation, and delivery are key to the completed equipment arriving successfully.  We can optionally coordinate with crating and logisitcs to ensure this process is seamless.  Installation can begin upon arrival of the equipment and includes mechanical setup, electrical connections, and confirmation of the functions of the controls system.
• Production - The finish line! The equipment has been designed per the requirements, built to your satisfaction, and is now ready to begin adding value to your factory.
